Safe Sleep Mackay has launched a major challenge to the Mackay community. Help us raise 25k in 25 Days between now and Christmas to complete essential repairs, fit-outs, and safety work on the three sleeping buses to ensure that the service can be operational in the new year.

The sleeping buses will operate as a temporary overnight service on the weekend, providing secure pods, and a safe place to rest for those with nowhere else to sleep.

We have the buses, but we just need some more funds to finish the fit outs so they can be operational in 2026.

We know it is a big ask, but we are confident that the Mackay community will rise to the challenge and help us raise $25k in 25 days.
